Frequently asked questions
What commission does a seller pay on Bink?
It depends on the plan: Free 5% + €0.25, Pro 2.5% + €0.25, Business 1.6% + €0.30 per transaction. All-in — the Stripe cost is already included.
Can I run a discount?
Yes. On products and bookings you set a percentage or fixed-amount discount: the page shows the full price struck through next to the discounted one, with the label you choose.
Do I need a VAT number to sell?
Not to get paid: you need a connected Stripe account. VAT number and tax details are needed if you want Bink to issue the electronic invoice for you.
Where do customers see my products?
On your Bink page, through Product blocks or a Shop block that lays them out as a grid. Every product also gets its own public page and can appear in Explore among the items for sale.
