Payments and payouts
How you get paid on Bink
Whoever buys from your page pays by card. You are the seller: the money lands in your own account, Bink keeps only its fee. No balance to empty out, no waiting. Here’s how it works.
Payment methods
Bookings, products, events, donations: on your Bink everything is paid by card. There is nothing to set up, it is already on.
Card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the main debit and credit cards. The client pays and you get the money at the same moment, into your own account.
How payouts work
You are the seller, so every payment lands directly in your own payment account, already net of the fee. Bink does not hold your money: no internal balance, no waiting, nothing to request.
You connect the account, once
From settings you connect your payment account (Stripe): that is the account where all your payments will land. Two minutes and you never think about it again.
You sell
The client books, buys a ticket, orders a product. They pay you, not Bink. We keep the fee, the rest is yours.
You get paid
The payment is in your Stripe account the same instant, and from there it moves to your bank account on Stripe’s standard schedule.
The money is yours, right away
No Bink internal balance in between: the money is in your payment account at the same moment as the sale.
When it reaches the bank
From your Stripe account the money moves to your bank account on Stripe’s standard schedule. The first payouts take a few days longer, the time of the initial checks.
Fees
On every transaction that goes through your page Bink keeps a single fee, everything included: payment processing is inside it too. No separate cost, no surprises at the end of the month. It changes only with your plan.
| Plan | Fee per transaction |
|---|---|
| Free | 5% + €0.25 |
| Pro | 2.5% + €0.25 |
| Business | 1.6% + €0.30 |
0% does not exist anywhere: taking card payments always has a cost. Here it is already inside the fee. Compare plans →
Frequently asked questions
When do I get the money from my sales?
Right away. You are the seller, so the payment lands in your Stripe account at the same moment as the purchase. From there it moves to your bank account on Stripe’s standard schedule.
Does Bink hold on to my money?
No, and there is no balance to empty out. The money goes to your payment account and Bink keeps only the fee, at the same instant as the sale.
Who handles refunds and disputes?
You are the seller, so refunds and disputes move on your payment account. Bink gives you a hand, but the movements stay on your Stripe.
Are payments secure?
Yes. The payment goes through a certified payment provider (Stripe): Bink neither sees nor stores card data, and the money arrives in the account you connected.
