How to collect contacts with Bink forms
Create custom forms to gather leads, feedback, and orders, with email notifications and CSV export included.
Why forms matter
Collecting contacts is the foundation of any business. Whether you need leads, event sign-ups or quote requests, Bink forms collect them without paying for a separate service.
Unlike external form tools, a Bink form lives inside your page — no redirects, no friction. And if you prefer, the same form also has its own address (bink4.me/yourname/contact) to send in a message or embed on your site.
Building your form
You build the form from the Forms section and pick your fields: text, email, text area, dropdown, number, date, single choice and multiple choice. Eight types, enough for anything from a two-line contact form to a full project brief.
For every field you set the label, the help text and whether it is required. Show them all at once (scroll) or one question at a time, wizard style: on long requests that is the difference between a submitted form and an abandoned one.
Getting notified
Every time someone fills out your form, you receive an email notification with all the submitted data. Never miss a lead.
All submissions are stored in your Bink dashboard, where you can review, search, and manage them.
Exporting your data
Need to move your contacts into a CRM or spreadsheet? Export all form submissions as CSV with one click.
This makes Bink forms perfect for collecting pre-orders, waitlist signups, or any data you need to process externally.
Frequently asked questions
How many forms can I create?
The Free plan keeps 3 forms active at a time, Pro 15, Business no limit. Archived forms do not count: if you have more you keep them all, you simply activate as many as your plan allows.
Where do responses go?
Into the dashboard, inside the form. You also get an email notification on every new submission, and you can export everything to CSV for a spreadsheet or a CRM.
Can I use a form as a quiz?
Yes. In the form settings you switch on Quiz mode: on single- and multiple-choice questions you mark the correct answer and the points, and you can set a pass threshold.
Can the form go on my own website too?
Yes. Besides the block on your Bink page, every form has a dedicated address and an embed snippet for your site.
