An AI assistant that works on your data, not on the web
Bink's AI chat can see your page, your payments and your clients: what it can actually do, what it costs in credits, and where its job ends.
The difference between a chatbot and an assistant
A generic chatbot explains how to do something. An assistant connected to your data does it. That is the whole difference: Bink's chat has access to your account, so "create a €50 booking block for consultations" is not a request for instructions, it is an executed order.
You find it in the dashboard and in the app. It starts out already knowing what is on your page.
What it can do
The same things you would do by clicking: add, edit and reorder page blocks, change theme and settings, create forms and fields, read analytics, list bookings and transactions, prepare an invoice, reply to a message, check your credits.
That is more than eighty-five tools in total. When it uses one it shows you, so you see what it touched instead of finding out afterwards.
It does not invent tax figures
One design rule is worth knowing: tax calculations — VAT, stamp duty, quarterly totals — are done by code, not by the language model. The AI presents and explains them, it does not estimate them.
It is an inconvenient choice but a necessary one: a model that "almost gets" your quarterly VAT right is more dangerous than a model that declines to answer.
Analysing a document
You can attach a PDF in chat and ask for two specific analyses. Payslip: a line-by-line reading with anomaly checks. Contract: risky clauses, a risk score and a draft email to renegotiate them.
They cost three credits per document and exist for the cases where you would otherwise pay someone half an hour just to tell you whether something is off.
What it costs: credits
Every plan includes monthly credits that renew: 15 on Free, 200 on Pro, 10,000 on Business. Read operations cost little; generating content or analysing documents costs more.
If they run out the chat stops but your business does not: no tax document and no payment depends on AI credits. If you need more before the renewal, you can buy a pack.
If you prefer your own assistant
The same tools are exposed outside Bink through the MCP Gateway: you can connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own program and work from there, authorising access once.
Same door, same permission boundary. Only where you type changes.
Frequently asked questions
Is Bink's AI included in the free plan?
Yes, with 15 credits a month. Pro includes 200, Business 10,000.
Can the AI change my page on its own?
Only if you ask it to. Every tool it uses is shown in the conversation, so you see exactly what was modified.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The AI chat pauses until the monthly renewal or until you buy a pack. Invoices, payments and bookings keep working: they do not depend on credits.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your account data is used to answer your requests: the assistant reads it at the time of the conversation.
